Recommend

In the Recommend phase, the final recommendations for the master plan were made. This included finalizing each school site concept future plan. This information and associated costs determined from the recommendations can be used to develop a prioritization list of projects to be addressed in the initial implementation of the District’s facilities master plan. Tentatively, the district recommends those sites listed as “Phase 1” on the future plans to be prioritized when the next opportunity for a capital facilities improvement program arises. Among other factors, these sites were selected as Phase 1 projects due to age last modernized and/or due to the need to expand due to capacity issues.
